After a long “on and off” with my weight training and clean eating habit, I decided to get back on the horse. I will try sharing some of my workout circuit, cardio and meals. I am starting with 30 minutes cardio on empty stomach following with 15 minutes weight training. 

Today’s  breakfast: Oatmeal Papaya Shake

I soaked 1/4 cup of oatmeal  in water with cinnamon with some papaya

Added 1 scoop of protein powder and a cup of coconut milk
