When  I am not eating clean my belly never let me forget. Everyone has a problem area and mine is my belly. I am sure we all heard the saying “Abs are made in the kitchen” well its true, if you are working out and not eating clean you will never see your abs. So clean up your diet by eating  complex carbs, and lean proteins

Week 2 of my clean eating started with a nice omelette.  
2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, red onion, spinach .
Sprinkled a little bit of cheddar cheese on top with  fresh cut mango on the side
